Special rates
Special rates for companies, business travellers and long term stay available on request. - 2 nights minimum stay during low and mid season / 4 nights minimum stay during high season - A deposit to the value of 50% of the total amount is payable within 2 days of the reservation date to confirm the booking. Should the confirmation deposit not be paid within the specified period and no other arrangement is made with us in writing, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice - No credit card facilities are available. Payment in cash or by bank transfer (EFT) only - Balance of accommodation account is due in full on arrival
Cancelation
In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following shall apply: – more than 31 days prior to arrival – full refund – 30 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee – 7 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee – No shows and early departures – 100% cancellation fee
